Custom Art Creation Timeframe: 🎨✨ Every order placed with PuptoPro is a unique piece of art crafted with love and attention to detail by our dedicated artists. Given the custom nature of our work, we kindly ask for your patience and allow us up to 1-2 weeks to perfect your design.

Art Approval Process: 💌🎉 Your happiness is our top priority. Once your artwork is ready, we'll drop you an email to get your thoughts. If you love it as is, fantastic! If you have any tweaks in mind, just let us know. We won't send anything to print until you're 100% in love with the design.

Printing and Shipping Details: 🖨️🚚 After you give us the green light on your art, we partner with our esteemed off-site printers to bring the design to life. These printers ensure premium quality, so your art looks its absolute best. Expect a shipping notification and your tracking details within 15 business days post-approval. While we always strive (and often succeed) to get your order to you much sooner, our printers are in high demand, which means shipping times can vary.
